Solo Show

About the Gallery at the Wellington Village Hall

• Location: First Floor, 12300 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414

• Schedule: 6 shows per year, running for two months each.

• Cost: Free for WAS Members (courtesy of the Village of Wellington).

Artist Guidelines & Sales

• Sales & Commission: All artwork sales are final. A 20% commission is collected by the Wellington Art Society on all pieces sold. Please price your work accordingly.

• Artwork Placement: You will design your own layout using our professional hanging system. The floor plan at Village Hall features 10 designated hanging spots.

• Limits: Pieces must fit the size and weight guidelines in the floor plan legend.

• Assistance: Volunteers are on-site on drop-off day to assist with placement, and WAS will provide title cards for all your work.

Promotion & Receptions

• Show Promotion: Choose a custom show title and market it on your own social media, website, and email list. Tag @wellingtonartsociety to be featured in monthly newsletters and reshared! Flyering and email templates are available upon request.

• Optional Reception: Host a reception on your pre-approved show date. You manage invitations and catering (check with us first if you plan to serve alcohol, as village rules apply).
