Greetings friends, colleagues and former students: I am pleased to announce that I will be doing two collage workshops this summer. Participants receive individual attention on techniques to utilize and enhance their artistic expression and will be instructed on preparing and creating a unique paper collage, from choosing the paper to scissors/cutting technique to the specific glue and gluing guidelines as the handmade composition progresses to a final work of art. No previous artistic experience needed. All materials are supplied. The class also offers a brief overview of the history of collage and how it is still an important creative category in making contemporary art. Susan Hall
